This is a back-up method of obtaining your room and door code - you should also have received an email from Loxe with your room number and access code. For Expedia / 3rd party bookings, this comes through the Expedia messaging portal to the email associated with your Expedia account.
Booked on Expedia or other 3rd party? Use your reservation / itinerary number from that booking confirmation.
